Studio Manager

Our studio manager is a dedicated and passionate self-starter with impeccable client service, communication, & tech skills- always looking to improve, fix, or assist before being asked and happy to do so.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Front Desk duties

• Greet clients and customers upon entry

• Ensure first timers are prepared for class (grip socks (optional),intake form, tour studio facilities)

• Answer client communications (phone calls, texts, email, IG dms, Facebook messages, etc.)

• In-studio sales (contacting new leads, follow up with clients upon completed intro pkgs, retail sales)

• Administrative duties

  • Scan & email bank & CC statements

  • Manage & file all paperwork

  • Monitor retail inventory and re-order when necessary 

  • Keep social media account information current

• Studio Management

  • Schedule in-studio private, duo, trio scheduling requests

  • Equipment maintenance- wipe down reformer rails and chairs weekly

  • Laundry when necessary, checking studios for towels. Restock towels at end of day

  • Fill cleaning spray bottles

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and social interaction skills demonstrating patience & cooperation.

• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Highly organized and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Work as a member of a cohesive team 

• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat appearance.

• Ability to work independently and report to Studio Owner. 

• Opening and closing studios.

• Must be able and willing to travel between studios (1 block)

• Genuine interest in the care and wellbeing of clients.

• MindBody software experience

• H.S. Diploma 

Nice to haves

• College Degree

• Prior studio management experience

Desired Shifts

• Early mornings (7 am - 12pm)  

• Evenings (4:30 pm - 7:30pm)  

• Holiday availability and some weekends required.  Must be flexible to stay late and accommodate changes in studio class times.
