Group Classes

Experience the Reformer - the most popular piece of Pilates equipment that uses the tension of springs to connect to your core muscles deeply. The Reformer is incredibly versatile allowing exercises to be tailored to each individual - offering beginners support and guidance, while challenging advanced students. We also have Mats in our group classes to challenge your strength, balance, and stamina. Our classes are separated into different levels, so everyone can get the workout they’re looking for.

Classes are 45 minutes and include a total body resistance-based workout, a good stretch, and always focus on core-strengthening.

Grip socks are required for all group classes.

We carry a variety of TAVI, toesox, and BASE grip socks, available for purchase at the studio.

Class Descriptions

For classes with an asterisk * please contact the studio first or get an instructor’s approval to join class.

Foundational

This class covers all of the beginner level Pilates exercises on the Reformer & Chair or Mat (not just for beginners!). A full-body workout that focuses on stretching and strengthening major muscle groups such as your abdominals, back, glutes, arms and legs.

Bridge to Intermediate*

This is a slower paced intermediate level class where we break down the intermediate Classical Exercises. We focus on key movements and building the strength to perform them. If you’ve been practicing at the Foundational level for a while and are looking to progress or you’ve recently been approved for Intermediate but aren’t confident in the exercises or transitions, this class will help you to fill in the gaps.

Intermediate*

This class covers all of the intermediate level Pilates exercises on the Reformer and Mat. You must have a strong foundational level Pilates practice and Instructor permission to join. A challenging workout that will make you feel strong from the inside out. This class involves weight bearing exercises - please make sure you are comfortable holding a plank and familar with the foundational level exercises before trying this class.

Men’s Pilates

This class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and mobility, through the Pilates method. Utilizing the classical reformers in our Contrology Studio, this class is sure to work your whole body uniformly like no other workout does.

Athletic Flow

A transformative Pilates experience designed for all fitness levels. This class uniquely blends the dynamic power of the Jumpboard, and Reformer to offer a comprehensive workout that challenges your strength, flexibility, and endurance. This holistic workout not only cultivates physical resilience but also fosters a deep mind-body connection, making it perfect for anyone looking to deepen their Pilates practice.

Classical Reformer

Utilizing a classical reformer this class follows the classical  routine. You'll be able to practice your  transitions between exercises and learn to find the connections to your powerhouse.  Open to all levels, primarily focused on foundation and intermediate levels.

Mat Class

Experience the original Pilates mat work on traditional Pilates mats. What’s different? Traditional mats are unlike the flimsy roll-out foamy yoga mats. These mats are made of upholstery grade foam on wood backings, which come with handlebars and moon boxes. Did you know that the Pilates equipment was designed to help you improve your mat exercises? Having a strong Pilates mat practice is a must for all Pilates students. Feel the difference with these mats in every exercise.

Community Class

Our new community class is a budget friendly all levels class. This class will utilize all of our equipment in the group class studio.

Advanced*

This class covers all of the most advanced level Pilates exercises. You must have a strong intermediate level Pilates practice and Instructor permission to join. This class is fast-paced and each exercise has lower repetitions than the intermediate or foundational levels, which allows for many more exercises to be covered. Students are required to know the classical names of exercises and how to set up their equipment for each exercise.
